Processes We Follow
We follow a number of processes to supply high-quality products to markets:
- Grinding: Being aware of the fact that metal parts cannot be used straight after the cutting process, they demand processing to be fit for use in the market. At our company, we conduct deburring processes to remove the sharpness of edges. For this, we also perform barrel tumbling, grinding, and vibratory tumbling.
- Polishing: By making use of abrasive and a work wheel or leathershop, we perform a polishing or buffing process to have a smoother and brighter finish.
- Washing: At our company, we understand that it is important to carry out the part cleaning process to improve surface finishing and protect sensitive parts. We conduct this cleaning process, which includes hot alkaline detergent cleaning, solvent cleaning, electro-cleaning, acid cleaning, etc. We also perform water tests for cleanliness.
- Visual and Gauge Inspection: Visual inspections are done with the naked eye only, they do not require any testing equipment but special training. However, small instruments can be used for inspection purposes. We have expert personnel to conduct such tests.
- Sleeve and Box Packaging: We wrap every product in a custom printed paper or card and then fit it in a box. This kind of packaging offers high protection for products and a professional look.
